Nexperia Europe has publicly appealed to the leadership of its Chinese entities, requesting immediate engagement to restore the company’s global supply flows. The open letter follows repeated, unanswered attempts by European management to re-establish operational coordination and uphold intercompany agreements. The conflict has escalated to the point where customers across industries are reporting imminent production stoppages. “This situation cannot persist,” the letter reads.

The letter, published on Nexperia’s website, underscores the company’s willingness to engage in direct dialogue to “restore predictable, established supply flows without delay.” The firm’s management, however, isn’t planning on handing over control to Wingtech, as demanded by the Chinese parent company recently. “As a next step, we should address the alignment with corporate governance, so we can resume operations within the established governance framework, intercompany agreements and adhering to lawful instructions from Nexperia B.V.’s global management.”
