BE Semiconductor Industries (Besi) has raised long-term annual revenue expectations from 1.5-1.9 billion euros to 1.7-2.2 billion euros. The Duiven-headquartered equipment manufacturer reported revenue of 591 million euros in 2025.
“Overall market conditions and order momentum have improved significantly since last year. Increased demand for 2.5D AI-related datacenter and photonics applications as well as new use cases for hybrid bonding in logic, memory and co-packaged optics have significantly improved our business outlook. Accordingly, we’re raising Besi’s long-term revenue and operating margin targets,” comments CEO Richard Blickman.
