ASM projects doubling revenues by 2030

ASM International is targeting revenues of more than 5.7 billion euros by 2030. The CAGR of at least 12 percent outpaces the broader wafer fab equipment market. The projection is nearly double the sales in 2024, when the financial results came in at 2.9 billion euros.

ASM expects to hold on to its market share in atomic layer deposition (ALD), which remains the company’s main growth engine. The single-wafer ALD market is projected to grow to 5.1–6.1 billion dollars by 2030, while the epi market is expected to rise to 2.5–3.2 billion dollars. ASM aims to further expand its share in epi and sees additional opportunities in gate-all-around, DRAM and advanced packaging.

Contrasting the upbeat multi-year outlook is the remainder of 2025. ASM has lowered its outlook to 5-10 percent below the first half due to weaker demand in logic/foundry and power/analog.
