EIC awards €118M to 11 Dutch deep-tech startups
Eleven Dutch startups have picked up a total of 118 million euros in funding from the European Innovation Council Accelerator program. They’ve been selected from 1,211 proposals submitted by companies across Europe, of which 72 were eventually picked. Among the Dutch winners are Astrape Networks (integrated photonic chips for data centers), QDI Systems (quantum dot sensing), Delft Circuits (quantum I/O) and CarbonX (battery anode materials). The funding is split between grants (24.3 million euros) and equity (93.5 million euros).
