Mark Roeloffzen has been appointed CEO of Son-based Prodrive Technologies. Effective 1 June, he succeeds founder Pieter Janssen, who temporarily resumed the role following the departure of Marc Uleman due to “differences in vision.”

Roeloffzen brings experience from AMS Osram, NXP and Nexperia, where he held strategic, commercial and operational positions. He has experience across Europe, Asia and the US. This background aligns well with Prodrive’s international ambitions.
Janssen will return to the role of CTO, the position he already envisioned for himself in 2023, when he first announced that he was looking for a successor as CEO. In this position, he’ll be primarily focused on innovation and technology development.
