Marcel van der Schans (23) werkt sinds november 2006 als embedded-software-engineer bij Aimvalley in Hilversum. Hier werkt hij mee aan de BX1000, een router/multiplexer voor het koppelen van verschillende types SDH- en Ethernet-netwerken. SDH wordt gebruikt voor transport van telefonieverkeer, videosignalen, datacommunicatieverkeer en internetverkeer via glasvezelkabels.
