TMC expands further with WEB

6 March 2026

In an acquisition claimed to be one of the largest in the regional high-tech ecosystem in recent years, TMC is taking over fellow Eindhoven engineering and consultancy firm WEB. Founded in 2017, WEB has grown into an organization of over 350 employees across the Netherlands, Belgium, Portugal and Greece, achieving an annual turnover of 35 million euros. Their areas of expertise include automotive, electrical, industrial, mechanical and software engineering. The team supports clients such as ASML, DAF and Siemens.

“Our customers are increasingly asking for partners who can deliver complete engineering trajectories,” states Emmanuel Mottrie, CEO of TMC Group. “WEB has proven it can do just that: from initial concept and development to the handover to a stable mass production environment.” Sjors Wartenbergh, founder of WEB, adds: “This collaboration is our gateway to larger international clients and new sectors, such as defense. TMC offers us a significant growth opportunity, while we complement them with our experience in statement-of-work projects and bestshoring.”
