ASM International is off to a better start in 2026 than anticipated. The Dutch semiconductor equipment maker reported preliminary bookings of around 800 million euros in Q4 2025, a significant uptick from 637 million euros in Q3. Revenue for Q4 is expected to come in at 698 million, exceeding the guided range of 630-660 million.

ASM previously said that 2026 would have “a slow start.” The stronger-than-expected order intake was supported by a late-quarter rebound in orders from China in addition to continued strength in advanced logic and foundry segments. With the improved bookings trend in Q4, ASM now expects healthy revenue growth in Q1 2026 at constant currencies compared with Q4 2025 results. The company plans to release its full Q4 2025 financial results on 3 March.
