Delft Circuits taps BCG veteran as CEO, secures €8M in additional funding
Quantum hardware specialist Delft Circuits has appointed Martin Danoesastro as its new CEO and secured an additional 8 million euros in a Series A extension, bringing total capital raised to 15 million. The company, known for its scalable cryogenic I/O solutions for quantum computers, is entering what it calls a “key inflection point” as quantum systems scale toward thousands of qubits. The fresh capital will be used to hire technical talent, scale production, accelerate product innovation and grow commercial operations.

Delft Circuits develops and manufactures advanced input/output infrastructure for quantum computers, with a focus on cryogenic environments. Its signature Crioflex technology integrates flexible superconducting cables into scalable, low-noise I/O modules that connect room-temperature electronics to quantum processors operating at millikelvin levels. These I/O challenges are a critical bottleneck in scaling up quantum systems.
Danoesastro, with a background in applied physics and quantum dot research at Delft University of Technology, previously worked at the Boston Consulting Group. He joins as Delft Circuits ramps up its roadmap, production and global partnerships, such as a collaboration with Bluefors to integrate Crioflex technology into dilution refrigerators. The company’s previous management, co-founders Sal Jua Bosman and Daan Kuitenbrouwer, will continue to work on strategy, R&D and innovation.
