Peter Stolk will become the new chairman of Holland High Tech as of 1 January 2025. He succeeds Marc Hendrikse, who will step down as figurehead after thirteen years. Holland High Tech coordinates high-tech innovation in public-private partnerships in the Netherlands and abroad.

Stolk served as senior vice president and CTO at Ampleon from 2018 to April 2024. As Vice President Development & Engineering, he was also co-responsible for ASML’s Deep UV Business Line from 2015 to 2018. “With his PhD in experimental physics at AMOLF and his broad experience at Philips, NXP, ASML and Ampleon, among others, Peter is eminently capable of tackling the innovation challenges we face together,” says Leo Warmerdam, director of Holland High Tech.
