As of 1 June, Koen ten Hove is the new CTO of Thales in the Netherlands. He’s the successor to Lukas Roffel, who has served in this position since 2014. One of the key tasks of the new CTO is supporting the ramp-up of the defense giant’s Dutch facilities.
Ten Hove joins Thales from Prodrive, where he was the chief development officer. Before that, he worked in several leadership roles at companies like Accenture and Philips. From these previous positions, he brings a broad experience in product development, engineering and the operations domain, including manufacturing, supply chain management, quality and industrialization.
