Frank Rood is a trainer, coach and change manager with 23 years of experience in high-tech mechatronic product development. He began his career as a developer, which provided him with a solid understanding of the challenges and dynamics of the development process. Striving for faster progress, more results and improved effectiveness, he took the lead as (project) manager and R&D director.
As a senior consultant, Rood now helps high-tech companies make their products and services more profitable with modularity. In three episodes, he discusses modular working in systems development.
