Nexperia’s revenue rose 9.3 percent to 389 million dollars in the third quarter, supported by recovering customer demand and production capacity. Operating activities generated 55 million dollars in cash, while cash and cash equivalents increased to 446 million dollars. The company expects revenue growth to strengthen further as it ramps up capacity.

“Q3 gives us confidence that the progress we’ve made during 2026 is becoming more firmly established,” says interim CEO Stefan Tilger. “Despite the significant impact on our revenue, profitability and operations caused by Nexperia China continuing to operate outside our governance framework, we’ve continued to strengthen our business, generate cash and invest for the future.”
Nexperia has been expanding its assembly and test operations in Malaysia and the Philippines. To diversify its manufacturing footprint, it’s also established partnerships with Tata Electronics in India and US foundry Polar Semiconductor. The company plans to continue investing in R&D, including wide-bandgap semiconductors, modules and power-management ICs.
