Nearfield Instruments has secured Series-B funding with participation from Eugene Investment & Securities and Scylla Technologies acting as general partners of the Eugene-Scylla NFI New Technology Business Investment Fund, and existing investors Innovation Industries and Samsung Venture Investment Corporation. How much new capital the Rotterdam-based company received, hasn’t been announced.

Nearfield Instruments will use the financing to introduce its first machine on the market: a high-throughput metrology system (link in Dutch).
