Eindhoven-based TMC is taking over the Belgian branch of its fellow citizen Sioux Technologies. With the acquisition, the high-tech consultancy company gains an office in Herentals and 33 high-end software specialists. They serve regional customers like Atlas Copco, Antwerp Space and Synamedia. While the team is being integrated into TMC Belgium, both organizations will already work closer together.
