Prodrive CEO steps down due to “differences in vision”

After leading a two-year change process, Marc Uleman has stepped down as CEO of Prodive on 1 October. The company cites “differences in vision regarding the strategy to be followed and the corresponding organization” as the reason. Uleman joined the Son-based systems developer at the beginning of last year, taking over from founder Pieter Janssen.

According to the supervisory board, Uleman will remain affiliated with Prodrive as an advisor until the end of April. His responsibilities are taken over by former CEO Janssen and the current management team. In the meantime, the organization is going to work on a new multi-year plan that focuses on profitable growth and distinctive technology.
